Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take reservations?

Yes. You can make general dinner reservations here, or see our calendar and follow the link for the desired date/show for tickets/reservations.

What is the layout of the club? Will I be able to see the show if I reserve a couch or lounge section?

Club 210 Highwood is set in a former bowling alley, with the stage where the pins used to be, and the tables and couch/lounge sections where the lanes were.

The sound is excellent throughout the venue.  The main speakers are by the stage so if you are sensitive to sound you may want to sit further back. People vary in their sensitivity to decibel level. We recommend having ear protection at all live events so that you can make your own personal adjustments.

Viewing is excellent throughout the club as well.  When people are dancing there may be some obstruction in sight lines for patrons in the front tables and in the couch/lounge sections, but the bands are on a stage elevated 18″ from the floor, which does help.

What if I’m running late for a show?

We will hold your table for 15 minutes after your reservation time. After that your seated tickets/reservation will revert to a General Admission reservation.  You will still be admitted to the club but if there are people on a wait list they will be seated.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes. If you encounter a wait for a table, our bar is always first-come, first-serve and offers the full dinner menu. We typically have seating at the bar and at high-tops in the bar area, although for very busy nights please be aware that seating is limited.

Do you have a dress code?

No. Feel free to dress casual or dress to the nines. The most important thing is that you are comfortable!

What is parking/public transport like?

There is free street parking available early. The Metra station is in Highwood and is 2 blocks away. Valet parking is also available.

Can you accommodate children?

Yes. This is an all-ages club for all shows unless otherwise specified.

I have a dietary restriction. Can you accommodate?

Yes, we will do everything in our power to provide you a dish you can eat! Many dishes can be made vegetarian or vegan.

Are you open for brunch?

We are open Wednesday through Saturday for dinner.  We have our Sinatra Sunday brunch, featuring an Italian Feast and live entertainment, from 3PM to 8PM every Sunday!  See our calendar for a list of scheduled performers.
